Absolutely! Each project gets its own website copy deck Google Doc where we collaborate together on writing copy that will tell your story and convert. You fill in the blanks, then we refine!

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. To get your project on the calendar, we require a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance split into manageable installments leading up to your launch. We’re big believers in supporting small businesses, so we offer flexible payment plans for all of our services—from brand design to full website builds.

For your convenience, we accept e-transfers (for our fellow Canadians) and all major credit cards. All project pricing is in CAD, and we’re proud to partner with clients right across North America.
Will I be able to update my website myself after it has launched?

You bet. Your store is built so you can update it yourself—no coding or 'tech-stress' required. From switching out photos to adding new pages, you’ll have full control over your content. We provide the training and tools you need to feel like a pro managing your site from day one.
Do you offer website fixes or updates?

Yes! We’re always here to support the websites we build. There’s nothing we love more than seeing our clients succeed, and we’d be happy to stay on board to help manage your site.
