No Returns for the Following Services:

  • Digital Courses: All sales of digital courses are final. Once you have access to the course materials, we are unable to process refunds. We encourage you to review course descriptions and outlines carefully before making a purchase.

  • Personalized Shopify Website Audits: Due to the customized nature of our Shopify website audit service, we do not offer refunds once the audit process has commenced. We are committed to providing you with valuable insights and recommendations to enhance your online store.

  • Small Business Consultations: Our small business consultations are designed to provide personalized guidance. As such, we do not offer refunds for consultation services once the scheduled consultation has taken place.

For all other projects, we will provide a detailed contract that must be signed prior to work beginning. These projects will have their own set of policies outlined in the contract. We are committed to transparency and ensuring your satisfaction with our services.
